TREE CARE FOR YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Serving Westmont homes and apartment properties

Westmont is an Everett neighborhood with single-family homes and apartment communities. Shops and restaurants line Casino Road and Evergreen Way, while Kasch Park and Walter E. Hall Park sit along the neighborhood’s western edge.

For a homeowner, the priority may be a branch over the roof or a stump beside the driveway. For a property manager, the same project can involve shared parking, pedestrian routes, multiple buildings, and resident access. Tell us how your outdoor space is used so we can discuss a practical approach.

We consider the tree’s condition, the work you want, and the available space before defining the scope. Include photos of gates, fences, planting beds, and nearby structures with your estimate request. Your exact address helps us plan for the property.

Neighborhood reference: City of Everett neighborhood descriptions.

Building and walkway clearance

Discuss branches near roofs, gutters, paths, and parking areas. Pruning recommendations take the tree’s condition and structure into account.

Shared access and parking

Share gate widths, parking restrictions, and pedestrian routes. These details help us plan equipment access and the movement of wood and brush.

Storm and tree concerns

Tell us about broken branches, a new lean, or visible changes in a tree. We can discuss an assessment and the next steps for your property.

FROM FIRST CALL TO CLEANUP

A clear estimate for your Westmont project

Tree size and condition are only part of the picture. A tree beside an apartment building, a stump behind a narrow gate, and a tree next to an open driveway can require different equipment and work plans.

Ask for an estimate that identifies the trees or branches included, the access route, and what happens to the wood and brush. If you need stump grinding, extra hauling, or work on several trees, include those details from the start.

For managed properties: Share the property manager’s contact details and any restrictions on parking, pedestrian access, or work hours. Discuss the arrangements with us before scheduling so residents and other site users can be considered in the plan.

1. Tell us what you need

Send your Westmont address, the work you are considering, and photos of the trees or stumps. Include the entrance and nearby structures.

2. Review the proposed work

Discuss the tree’s condition, equipment access, and the recommended scope. Confirm the details of pruning, removal, stump work, and hauling.

3. Prepare for the visit

Confirm scheduling and any parking or access arrangements. The crew completes the agreed work and cleanup described in your estimate.

Western Hemlock Tree took down several trees that were ~200 feet and were within 20-30 feet of the house. They climbed and cut down the tree in segments, and were even able to retain a stump and tree house without damaging it. They did it methodically and efficiently, handled the debris, and cut everything into manageable rounds. They also completely managed the city permitting process, and planting requirements. Everything was fully discussed and clear before work was agreed to and started. Thank you for the great work!

Great experience working with the professional Western Hemlock team on a challenging project to remove and prune several 100+ ft trees on a residential lot. Brandon provided a detailed assessment, answered all questions, and worked directly with the city to secure approval to proceed. Marc and crew are highly skilled and amazingly precise as they worked together in very close proximity to power lines, our home and our neighbor’s. It’s art in motion. Clean up terrific as well. Highly recommend!

Marc and his crew did a fantastic job. They were on-time, professional, and friendly. They removed two large trees (>30ft) and two additional tree stumps. They did such a great job, they made it look like the trees were never there to begin with. I will definitely work with Western Hemlock , Marc and his crew again!
